This tab contains all of the options used to customize the behaviour of the piece creator. The knitting tolerance and gap width are used when knitting the selected faces or body together. Higher values will allow larger gaps to be sewn together, whereas smaller values will leave larger gaps unsewn. It is best to set these values slightly smaller than the largest intended break in your pattern pieces.
The piece creator will automatically append a unique suffix to the end of each piece name. This can be defaulted to a number, or a letter. The default can be changed by switching the Sequential Piece Suffix between Numbers and Letters.
The piece creator naming options allow you to customize the default name given to a piece when formed by Piece Creator. Although the piece creator allows you to rename pieces from their defaults, the correct default name is often be accomplished by correctly configuring the piece creator naming template.
